1.1. All purchases made through http://eslchallenge.weebly.com shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. When making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2. I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. Please read them carefully whenever you make a purchase.
2. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. All images and resources available at http://eslchallenge.weebly.com are unique and therefore protected by copyright. The material may not be reproduced, republished or transmitted in any form, except for personal use or for use in the classroom.
2.2. All resources bought at http://eslchallenge.weebly.com will be sent to your email, after confirmation of payment, for printing. These are digital resources.
3. How to Buy
3.1. To know what resources are available in this site, you can browse the site navigation buttons, through which you can view, within each category, the contents that are available;
3.2. When selecting a resource, you can view its content;
3.3. When you select the items you are interested in, the description of the resources will be included in your shopping cart;
3.4. Press the icon of your shopping cart to view the items you selected and the total price of your order. Check if the content of your cart is correct before confirming your order. Complete the order form in accordance with the instructions provided and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
3.5. After selecting the resources you want to buy, you will be directed to a page where you will be able select the method of payment ( http://www.paypal.com or debit / credit card, service provided by paypal); For those who don't have access to Paypal, they can pay with their credit card - click on the button "pay with a credit card".
3.6. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, send me an email at eslchallenge@outlook.com mentioning which pack / packs you wish to purchase, as well as your name and email. After concluding the payment, send me a proof of the bank transfer;
3.7. After payment confirmation, the resources purchased will be sent to your email. Make sure you give me a valid email address; (Missing e-mails? Please check your SPAM BOX)
3.8. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email which contains the link to enable you to download your purchased pack(s). Please note that, apart from managing this website, I am also a full-time teacher, so due to my working schedules or to time zone differences, it may not always be possible to send the resources immediately, but I'll do my best to send them as soon as possible.
3.9. Except for the PPT resources, all other materials are available in PDF format;
3.10. You'll need these programs to open the resources: WinRar / Adobe Reader / PowerPoint (or PowerPoint Viewer). Follow the links to download them for free;
3.11. Whenever necessary, please contact me via email to clarify any issues related to your purchase.
Refunds and Returns
Due the nature of the resources, all packs sold at ESLChalenge are non-returnable and non-refundable. So, before buying any pack, you must keep in mind that all the resources in the site are digital - they are not physical materials to be sent by post.

4.1. I do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free experience when using this website and cannot accept any liability in respect of such interruptions or errors;
4.2. I do not warrant that this site will work in whole or in part in any computer or specific software or that it is free of viruses or any other circumstance that may have a detrimental effect on the equipment used.
